一、个人简介: 

民革陕西省科技委副主任陕西省QR计划创新长期人才/陕西省特聘专家从事铁电压电材料物理研究。第一/通讯作者在Nat. Commun. (两篇)Energy Environ. Sci.Adv. Mater. Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Nano Energy (七篇)、Appl. Phys. Lett. (十篇)、J. Appl. Phys. (五篇)、《物理学报》(三篇)等发表SCI论文110余篇。论文被引用6000余次。七篇ESI1%高被引和一篇ESI1‰热点论文。主持国家自然科学基金两项、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省自然科学基金等。获中国科技新锐人物突出贡献奖、上海市自然科学二等奖、陕西高等学校科技成果二等奖、西安市自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖等。入选2021年全球顶尖前10万学者库。连续入选全球前2%顶尖科学家年度影响力排行榜。担任中国电子材料与元器件产学研平台理事兼副秘书长、中国仪器仪表学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会委员、陕西省高层次人才发展促进会会员、陕西省青年科协会员、陕西省柔性电子学会监事、西安市纳米科技学会常务理事等。担任Journal of Advanced Ceramics (IF=16.9)Surfaces and Interfaces (IF=6.2)International Journal of Minerals Metallurgy and Materials (IF=4.8)Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering (IF=3.7)Journal of Advanced Dielectrics (IF=3.1)Nanomaterials (IF=5.3) Catalysts (IF=3.9) Nuclear AnalysisAdvanced Power Materials英文期刊以及《稀有金属材料与工程》(IF=0.7)、《材料工程》《工程科学学报》《航空材料学报》《现代技术陶瓷》《矿冶工程》等中文期刊的Guest Editor或青年编委。培养毕业研究生 24名(其中2人获得省优秀硕士学位论文)。
